Mrs Suto-Murphy taught P1R3 all about Japan!

Thank you so very much to Mrs Suto-Murphy (Shion's mummy) for teaching us interesting facts about Japan! We will try and remember how to speak the Japanese words that she taught us! She was so kind and made each child an origami gift.

P5 Room 14 crowned Class Football Champions!

P5 Room 14 defeated P7 Room 9 4-3, in a close fought game. An excellent performance by the P5 team, who had won their previous 3 games to reach the final. P7 played well but in the end the decisive goal was from Matthew L who scored with an acrobatic back heel!

P1R3 Holywood Trail!

We had a lovely time looking at the different types of houses and buildings in Holywood.  Then, we played in the park and had an ice-lolly! We had so much fun!

Gardening and Growing Topic

P2 have enjoyed planting sunflower seeds and cress seeds.  They watched the cress grow and then made cress sandwiches.  They also created some scary grass head monsters.  Here are pictures of a few of the activities they took part in during Play Based Learning.

P2 Room 18 Recycling Assembly

P2 enjoyed taking assembly today.  They spoke about the importance of recycling to look after the world God created for us.  They spoke clearly and were amazing singers and dancers!
