Our beautiful mural!

The P1 and P2 children have designed and painted a wonderful 'under the sea' mural on the wall at the back gate entrance to school.  The children worked under  the direction of local artist, Marie Kearney.  Thank you to Mrs Kearney and the parent volunteers who kindly donated their time to assist with the painting.  We think it looks fantastic!

P4-P7 Healthy eaters

Many of our P4- P7 boys and girls are great at bringing in healthy breaks each day. Well done to these pupils. A special mention to P7, Mrs Clarke's class, who with the help of Mrs Forster  ( also affectionately known by the boys and girls as the Healthy Break  police officer!) have been working really hard this year to bring healthy breaks every day.

Being Thankful Assembly

P2 room 8's assembly was about being thankful.  We acted out the story 'A Squash and a Squeeze'. The little old lady thought her house was too small until it was full of animals and then she realised she should be grateful for what she had!

Super actors and actresses.

We finished off with a poem about lots of things we are thankful for. Room 8 loved taking assembly!

Healthy Break Champs!

WELL DONE – HEALTHY BREAK CHAMPS!

All the children are encouraged to bring healthy breaks to school. During the year Mrs Hart, our Health Education co-ordinator, acknowledges the effort of the boys, girls and parents. This term she has organised goodie bags for some of the boys and girls who bring in healthy snacks each day. Here are some of our P1 – P3 boys and girls. Well done and thank you!
