The P5 boys and girls had a very busy morning. They were certainly keeping fit when they completed many circuits of the playground on their bikes and scooters. Some of the boys and girls counted how many laps they did too!
What a great morning. Well done P6 who were busy doing circuits and perfecting their skills (even emergency stops!) on their bikes and scooters.
The P7 Year Group had a great morning at IKEA, Belfast. As part of the Young Enterprise Programme, the boys and girls have completed a series of activities in school. The Business Beginnings programme gave an insight into how business works in the real world. Nigel McGarry from IKEA supported this project.
The children worked in groups to present their business plans to Nigel before visiting IKEA. They even had time to have their lunch courtesy of IKEA.
We have been planting cress.
Come meet the P5 mummies!
Parents are welcome to download our recent P6 Information Evening presentation here.
Information detailing the transition process from P6 into P7 and choice of Post Primary schools is included.
We are all loving the skipping craze at playtime this term.
P5-P7 boys and girls are enjoying regular training sessions with Alan Duddy and James Megaw from Holywood Cricket Club.
Well done to Miss Dobbin's class. They were so pleased when they heard Room 4 called out as the Wish List Winners for this week.
Miss Dobbin has already been shopping for some new games for the boys and girls to play with. They are also hoping to buy some new equipment for the House Area.
