Art Competition Winners
We were delighted to hear that a number of our children had been successful in a recent art competitions.
Well done to P4 pupils, Fay and Kieran who were commended for their drawings in the North Down Model Railway Society competition which had almost 2,000 entries.
Well done also to our prize winners in the Holywood District and Community Council Art Competition. Congratulations to Ellie (P2), Clara (P1) and Bronagh (P2).

Harry & Jacob mascots at NI v Norway World Cup Qualifier!
Congratulation to Harry & Jacob who had the opportunity to be mascots at a NI World Cup Qualifier match against Norway.
It was especially exciting for Harry as he was able to lead the others out onto the pitch with the NI captain Steven Davis!! Jacob his younger brother was also a mascot.
The IFA were superb, treating the boys to a tour of the stadium, dressing rooms and press centre as well as presenting them with an NI kit. The team went on to beat Norway 2- 0 with. A very exciting weekend for everyone with a great result!

NI gymnastic winners!
WELL DONEto Heidi (P7) and past pupil Ruzi who together won gold again this year in a gymnastics competition at the NI NDPS at Salto. This impressive win has qualified them to represent NI in the British Championships.
What an achievement! Well done girls!

Heidi backflips her way to a bronze in NI Schools Competition
Heidi (P7) came 3rd in Tumbling in the Northern Ireland Schools gymnastics championships in Newry. She competed against 19 other schools and back flipped her way to a bronze medal!
What a great result Heidi.
NI Cross Country Finals - success for P7 pupil Emmy
VERY WELL DONE to Emmy (P7) who represented HPS in the NI Cross Country League Final last week. Emmy was placed third overall from 194 runners. A great achievement Emmy. CONGRATULATIONS!

Belfast Music Festival success for Kathryn !
We were delighted to hear some great news about Kathryn (P6). Kathryn entered the solo brass section in the Belfast Music Festival and won the trophy for her level. ( Wow, the trophy is so big!)
The piece Kathryn played on her cornet was the theme from Star Wars. CONGRATULATIONS KATHRYN. You should be very proud of yourself.
