Our School Councillors enjoyed a tasty cup of hot chocolate and an interesting discussion with Mrs Crookshanks in her office. They were full of enthusiasm and brought the ideas, opinions and 'voices' of the pupils they were voted to represent. The introduction of idea boxes in the classrooms has been a success and is an important way to promoted inclusion - especially for less confident class members. Mrs Crookshanks has taken on board and will consider some of the ideas and she was able to explain that some ideas, whilst interesting and valid, are not necessarily practical. The S.C members have been working hard with Mrs Heawood to organise charity events during the second week of June. The week will culminate with a non uniform day in aid of Cancer Research on 14th June.
