To help keep the generations connected this Christmas, HPS recorded songs and talent shows and made festive stained glass windows, as well as Christmas cards and paper chains for the residents of Newcroft Lodge Care Home. It was a lovely project for all involved and we hope the residents enjoy the videos and crafts as much as we did making them! Enjoy looking at more pictures here
