As an ECO School one of our main ECO targets is to reduce and recycle our waste in school and in the local community. We have partnered up with TerraCycle on their Colgate Oral Care Recycling Programme to become a local community drop off point that can recycle oral care products and packaging and prevent them from ending up in landfill.
We have also partnered up with Oakwood School in Belfast on their BIC Writing Instruments Recycling Programme to recycle old markers and pens.
The photos below show items that can be recycled. Simply drop them off in boxes which will be placed in HPS reception area from now until the end of June. Please ensure as much toothpaste is removed from tubes as possible! Thank you!
