Our two areas for PDMU in school for September and October are ‘respect’ and ‘sharing’. As part of our Harvest collection this year the children were encouraged to help share ‘their wealth’ by donating to families in need in the Belfast area.
Mr & Mrs McCartney run 'The Larder' programme. We were delighted with the response from all the families of HPS.
Boxes and boxes of food, gloves, hats and scarves were collected. They will be distributed in the coming weeks to families in need.

An uplifting Harvest Assembly celebrated this special time. Mr Harron also spoke to the children. The boys and girls enjoyed listening to the P5-P7 choir and had the opportunity to sing a number of songs too ( there was even a little bit of dancing too!)
